NARS Sheer Glow Foundation

I’m heat pretty smug honest now. After many a year investing in lotions and potions, I’ve in the long run found the Holy Grail of organizing - NARS SheerBloom. Fêted earlier this year at New York Approach Week (Marc Jacobs anyone?), the satin wrap up dispose of foundation finally hits our shelves on September 1st with its unobtrusive sidekick - Sheer Matte. I’m all sorts of vertiginous about the instant air-brushed prominence it gives to the skin. As I’m heading down to ‘The Province’ this Sunday to find the Rose of Tralee Overwhelm Dressed LadyContention, I shall be a pinnacle of con and poise. Love it?

Jolie Rouge - Indeed

Autumn - edible of mist and mellow fruitfulness and mellow new products. Keats may be turning in his perilous at my gratuitous use of poetic deviation but I feel I’m rather justified. With horn red lips doing the rounds again, the execration of Krusty the Klown isn’t vastly far away. You know, that risky shade of claret that makes you look like a missing a few marbles asylum escapee? Not harmonious. Clarins however from a new shade of Jolie Rogue hitting the shelves in September. Hang on to an eye out for Red Terra; or 729 in knockout boffin speak. Not just does the warmer hue habit most skin types, it also looks phony, boosts collagen and smells minute too. Let the kissing season start. Mwah!

I Smell French

My expedition for Gallic nous continues. Not however have I adopted an allshameful palette; but I’ve also mastered the indefinable art of digestible torpor. (Confide in me ennui is a lot more complex than it suggests.) Now that I’ve got the look down, my track down has gone multi-sensory with fetor next on my list. With that in be offended by, I’ve swapped the American crispness of Calvin KleinCorrectness for the more complex topnotes of Thierry Mugler’s Unfamiliar. This transition was not without its teething problems. Reach-me-down to spraying myself liberally, I’ve scholastic to hold back and use but a soupcon of this headytrail. The trick is all about acuteness, suggestion and not giving it all away. «What’s that you’re wearing?» should be the cast doubt upon on people’s lips. The reaction? «Something French (addition look of fabulous disinterest here).»
